Terms and Conditions:
1. Ownership: All photographs, images, videos, and content created by Light House Media, including but not limited to real estate photography and videography, virtual tours, and any other related media, are the exclusive property of Light House Media.
2. Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs and videos for the purpose of marketing the specific property depicted in the images. This license is limited to the duration of the active listing period for the property and is subject to the terms outlined herein.
3. Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from sub-licensing, selling, or otherwise transferring the license or usage rights to any third party without the express written consent of Light House Media. Images and videos may not be altered, edited, or manipulated in any way that would compromise the original artistic intent created by Light House Media. This is at the discretion of Light House Media.
4. Additional Usage: Any usage of the images or videos beyond the specified marketing purpose, including but not limited to commercial, editorial, portfolios, or promotional use, requires written permission from Light House Media. Additional fees may apply.
5. Ownership Acknowledgment: Clients must acknowledge Light House Media as the copyright owner in any publication, website, or other media where the photographs or videos are used. Proper attribution should be given to Light House Media.
6. Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Light House Media retains the right to use the photographs and videos for self-promotion, portfolio, marketing, and any other purposes.
7. Termination of License: Light House Media reserves the right to terminate or modify the license granted to the client in case of breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
9. Matterport Virtual Tours: Matterport tours will be hosted until the property is sold, with a maximum of 6 months. Once the hosting time expires, the user is responsible for desired permanent media storage. Additional hosting available upon request. Fees may apply.
"Free Photo Shoot" Promotion:
Light House Media offers licensed real estate agents a promotional discount for their first photo shoot, worth the value of our 20 HDR Photo package. This discount can be redeemed in two ways:
20-Photo Shoot and 2D Floor Plan: Licensed agents can choose to apply the discount towards a standard 20-photo shoot + complimentary 2D floor plan.
Discount Towards Another Bundle: Alternatively, the discounted amount can be applied as a price reduction for any of our more comprehensive photo shoot bundles, allowing agents to select from a wider range of services. Must be used towards another bundle that includes photography.
To access this discount, real estate agents can obtain a referral code by reaching out to Light House Media directly or by obtaining a referral code from an existing real estate agent already partnered with LHM. Offer only valid within our standard service areas,unless otherwise stated.
Please note that this discount is applicable exclusively to licensed real estate agents and Light House Media reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at its discretion.
Property Readiness:
The Client is expected to have the property "camera ready" prior to the beginning of the arrival window. This includes all cleaning and furniture staging (if applicable).
We ask that you and your clients review our Getting Ready checklist.
If the Photographer arrives at the appointment and the home is not ready, the property will be shot "As Is", or will need to be rescheduled. Fees may apply for rescheduling.
Order Details & Accuracy:
Square Foot Accuracy: The Client is expected to have accurately entered or communicated all pertinent information at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to update incorrect information and adjust the pricing of the order to accurately reflect the order (ex. The client enters that the property is 1,400 square feet but it is actually 2,400 square feet). Invoices will be adjusted to charge correct amount.
Scope of Work: Our pricing reflects the cost for a single dwelling in a residential household. For commercial or multi-unit properties, please contact us for a personalized quote.
Travel Ranges and Fees: Subject to change. Texas - 30 mile radius included, $2/mile surcharge. Oklahoma - 25 mile radius included, $2/mile surcharge. Montana - 15 mile radius included, $2.75/mile surcharge.
